Chile is really interesting. The food is good, it isn´t strange, but it is different. There is always postre served after meals (directly translated- dessert, what it actually means-fruit) but it is good. The ward members are on board with helping missionaries and it is awesome to see their enthusiasm.
This Sunday we had a sister who was concerned because that everyone sins no one really is a Saint. Christ was the only sinless one and there fore the church of the latter day Saints couldn´t really be including her because she obviously wasn´t a saint. It doesn´t help that in spanish the words for holy and saint are both Santo(s) but it is interesting!
It is cold, I wear a coat all the time with gloves and a scarf. Everyone wears coats in their homes and at church. It is just cold all the time. But it is good weather- every kind of weather is good weather for missionaries.
Also, there are dogs everywhere. Thousands of dogs just roam the street, usually they are pretty calm but sometimes you get one that wants to eat you. It´s not that big of a deal though.
People live in tiny houses, some of them are nice, more like a real house but for the most part where we are they are just a couple of walls and blankets. It´s great though!
Love you, hope this was sufficiently detailled. It´s about all I know, I don´t understand a lot of particulars with investigators and such, but I am picking up more and more each day!
